Where do you ship from? 

Apparel and posters are shipped from Canada.

Can I order and ship to USA? Yes you can we just ship from Canada

Do you take custom orders? Yes I do currently to contact me for professional inquires email me at Bethanybmckay@gmail.com This email is *strictly* for custom work. From there we can further discuss the process of obtaining custom work from me. 

Can I pick up my order from Sioux Valley? No unfortunately you can not all shipping and handling is by Printify.

When will my order ship? All apparel is printed on demand (made to order) and can take up to 14 business days to process. Depending on the speed of the manufacture and shipping process. Currently the apparel processing rate on domestic orders is around 3-7 business days including shipping arrival. International is around 7-14 business days. Patience on your order is appreciated.

How is shipping handled? All shipping is handled by the print service provider I use named Printify. They print all orders on demand, package, and ship it to you. What shipping handler is used depends on where you order from. If you order in Canada Printify uses Canada post services. USA and beyond is usually handled by USPS, FedEx, etc. 

After you order you will receive a tracking number for your package. Time of when you receive the email depends on when your order is produced. Emailed to you from Printify. All for you to stay updated on when you will receive it. No matter what shipping manufacturer is used. 

Why is shipping so expensive? I can not control the prices of shipping manufacturers. The cost of shipping supplies, printing supplies, gas, all of it eventually adds up. Despite all of it I do my best to try and provide affordable costs. I appreciate your understanding.

What are the quality of your apparel? The shirts from adult to toddler sizes are all made with 100% cotton. The fabric is thick but breathable all fit true to size. The print it self is meshed into the cotton. So there isn’t worry of the print peeling or flaking with extensive washing. Although it’s recommend to wash these shirts gently with no hot water to preserve it. 

Can I change my order? Unfortunately once you have paid and ordered it can no longer be modified. They also can not be cancelled if the item is sent to production. Always ensure the quantity and size are corrected before submitting payment. Since your orders are automatically processed once submitted.

Can I exchange my item? Exchanges of items are not accepted. Please ensure you have correct sizes, colors, quantities, before ordering and submitting payment.

Shipping Policy

BethanyBM Art & Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Nor custom fees for international orders. If a customer enters an incorrect address that customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before submission. Once your order is submitted all apparel and items are sent automatically for fulfillment. It can not be modified or canceled once sent.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation and tracking number within 2 weeks for domestic orders (international orders allow 2-3weeks on confirmation and 6-8 weeks for delivery)

Refunds, Returns, And exchanges 

All sales are final, but returns may be allowed, in cases of damage/defect during shipping. 

In the event your order is damaged once arrived in anyway email at Bethanybmckayart@gmail.com with your name and order number along with a photo of the item’s condition. These are addressed case by case basis. We will put in effort to work towards a satisfactory solution together.
